Smarterer claims "Smarterer is a platform designed to score individuals on digital, social, and technical skills. Using crowdsourced test design and a scoring mechanism similar to the one developed to rank chess masters, in just 10 questions and 60 seconds we can give you a valid score." I took the test and I'm pretty okay with my score. It isn't the best but I feel it's accurate for the knowledge I have. I'm definitely going to take the time to try a few more tests. I'm not so sure about their idea of putting it on a resume, as it just looks tacky.
