Smarterer

Smarterer claims "Smarterer is a platform designed to score individuals on digital, social, and technical skills. Using crowdsourced test design and a scoring mechanism similar to the one developed to rank chess masters, in just 10 questions and 60 seconds we can give you a valid score." I took the test and I'm pretty okay with my score. It isn't the best but I feel it's accurate for the knowledge I have. I'm definitely going to take the time to try a few more tests. I'm not so sure about their idea of putting it on a resume, as it just looks tacky.

Maybelline Baby Lips and Great Lash

I recently received a Maybelline Baby Lips and Maybelline Great Lash kit. I've been using both products regularly and so have my closest friends. The flavor of Baby Lips I've kept for myself was mint. It beats Burt's Bees, in my opinion. The mascara isn't my favorite mascara, but the brush does separate pretty well due to its new shape.
